What we stand for

Clarity, from start to finish

Applications often fail over things that could have been avoided: a language requirement that only comes up in the interview, a role that turns out different from the advert, or a reply that never arrives.

That is why every vacancy spells out exactly what is needed — including the language level, in CEFR terms (English B1, for instance). You know whether it fits before you apply. And you will hear from us, even when it is not a match this time.

For candidates

You browse the open vacancies, see straight away what is required in terms of language and experience, and apply directly on the vacancy page. Our service is free of charge for you.

For employers

You tell us what you are looking for; we put forward candidates whose language skills have been established beforehand. One point of contact and clear agreements — the details are on the Employers page.

How we work

Three things you can count on

The language level is stated up front

Every vacancy states the level required in CEFR terms. If Dutch is not needed, we say so too — that spares both sides a disappointment.

We look beyond the Netherlands

We recruit and support candidates throughout the EU. If you live in another EU country and want to work here, that is not an exception but business as usual.

You will hear from us

Every application gets a reply. You receive an immediate confirmation, and then a real answer — including when we move forward with someone else.
